What's included
- ✓Food tastings at every stop — enough to count as a proper meal, not just nibbles
- ✓Drinks along the way, including a glass of horchata
- ✓A relaxed, sociable small-group walk through Valencia's old town
- ✓A coeliac guide who has personally tested every venue
- ✓A take-home list of safe places to eat for the rest of your trip
The promise
Most coeliacs spend their holidays managing risk instead of enjoying the food. For a few hours, we take that off your plate entirely. You relax; we've already asked every question.
Peace of mind, not just food.

Good to know
How safe is it really for coeliacs?
Every stop is either a 100% gluten-free kitchen or a coeliac-trained venue we've personally tested. We still follow the golden rule — telling staff and checking — so you can see exactly how it's done. That said, no shared environment is ever zero-risk, and we're always honest about which stops are fully dedicated.
Is it suitable if I'm gluten-free by choice, not coeliac?
Absolutely. The tour is built to coeliac-safe standards, so everyone is more than covered. You'll also learn a lot about the local food scene.
Can families come?
We keep groups small (4–8) and the tour is best suited to adults and older children. Get in touch about family bookings.
What if I have other allergies?
Tell us when you book. We know these venues well and can flag what's possible — lactose-free options exist at several stops.
