You know the feeling
A new city, and the same quiet stress — scanning menus, rehearsing the words, hoping the kitchen understands. On holiday, of all times.
Valencia is one of the easiest places in Europe to eat gluten-free — once you know where to go. We've done the finding, the asking and the tasting, so you can just turn up and enjoy it.
What makes it different
Not a normal food tour that "can do gluten-free" — a tour designed around it from the first stop to the last.
Personally tested
Every stop is visited, questioned and tasted by a coeliac before it earns a place on the tour. No guessing.
Small groups
Just 4–8 people, so staff can look after everyone properly and it stays relaxed.
Safe & delicious
Dedicated gluten-free kitchens and coeliac-trained spots — paella, pastries, horchata, the lot.
Local knowledge to keep
You leave with a pocketful of safe places and the confidence to eat well for the rest of your trip.

From one coeliac to another
Diagnosed coeliac while working in a bakery, of all places. After seven years in Edinburgh, we moved to Valencia — and learned first-hand what it's like to be somewhere new and just want to eat without the stress. This tour is the guide we wish we'd had.
