Using this website
The information on glutenfree.tours is provided in good faith to help gluten-free travellers eat well in Valencia. We work hard to keep it accurate, but venues, menus and opening hours change, and we can't guarantee every detail is current.
Allergen & gluten-free safety
We personally visit and test the places we recommend, and we classify each by how safe its kitchen is (fully dedicated, coeliac-trained, or gluten-free options). However:
- No shared kitchen is ever entirely free of cross-contamination risk.
- You know your own needs best. Always tell staff you are coeliac and confirm before you eat.
- Our recommendations and classifications are guidance, not a medical guarantee, and are not a substitute for your own judgement or medical advice.
Tours
Tours are not yet open for booking. Full booking terms — including inclusions, pricing, cancellations and refunds — will be published here before tours go on sale. Joining the waitlist places no obligation on you and costs nothing.
