The name says it all — el obrador del celíaco, “the coeliac’s workshop.” A dedicated gluten-free bakery that also caters lactose-free, which is a lifeline if you’re managing more than one intolerance at once.

Everything is safe by default, so it’s another of those rare shops where a coeliac can browse the counter and simply choose what looks good.
